Absolutely mad! What on earth was the Father thinking?
7? riding a christmas present of a Quad on the road, in the dark?!

Completely avoidable waste of a young life.

I would imagine that bith the father and the driver of the other vehicle had been imbibing.

I can't get my head around the scenario.
