peeling gel coat

Hi all, I need to repair some of my damaged accessories before fitting them to the new ride.
My carbon fibre hugger is in one piece but where it has badly flexed the gelcoat is peeling and come away from the CF.
Any suggestions on a fix?
I don't really wanna buy another one

this guy Ace

has just painted my carbon fender along with the rest of the Raptor

he can make a carbon look finish - but not sure about repairing gel coat

he's in Bristol

The carbon fibre tail unit I had on the Blackbird had the same problem, sadly it couldn't be fixed, something to do with vibration re-opening the layer.
