Hehe... What Sam said. I used to use a red tape strip on the top 1" of my visor when i raced ( instead of a dark visor)
That product wouldve been a nice-to-have item,(if it passed scrutineering) but like Sam says, duct tape does it all, most probably cheaper too
which leads me on to..
That tape never did do everything i wanted it to, I had to be careful to angle my head when heading into the sun, etc
It was a help, but the poor cousin in both style and function, to the dark visor or dropdown dark visor.

probly Gio - however, I've sort of got used to looking where I'm going, and at what's coming to get me when on the bike - even when the sun is attempting to sear my eyeballs out - I find it helps in avoiding unwanted comings-together with other traffic/hedgerow greenery/roadside ditches etc etcGio wrote:I imagine shutting your eye's would be as useful

For just over another tenner, you could get the real Rolls Royce job
A Fog city Hyper optics insert - light reactive, AND you don't get a misted up visor any more

I am of course generalising, how many times have you walked round a corner and been blinded by the sun, the natural inclination is to shut yor eyes.snapdragon wrote:probly Gio - however, I've sort of got used to looking where I'm going, and at what's coming to get me when on the bike - even when the sun is attempting to sear my eyeballs out - I find it helps in avoiding unwanted comings-together with other traffic/hedgerow greenery/roadside ditches etc etcGio wrote:I imagine shutting your eye's would be as useful
I've got 2 black visors that I use anyway (not at the same time)
