I have had a look round the local car accessary shops but the only guages are electronic or the level of adjustment is shite, ie. 5 psi increments.
I am looking for something that will not fuck up as soon as i use it (because of the fuel) and something with 1 psi increment that is readable.

They can supply gauges for most applications ...you could have a chat to one of their reps for a quote.
I think you could do with something like a 100 mm dia 0-50 psi 1 psi increments bottom entry 1/4 bsp fitting, stainless or bronze internal tube....if they do one
