So as long as adults can't hear it, it's fine to annoy every child and teenager with this device because of the anti-social behaviour of a minority.

I bet if it annoyed the adults as well, it would soon be taken out of use.

Well I'm thinking of getting a couple, one for our house the other for the litterlouts who trash our car park every weekend.
