Edinburgh Bikers

#1 Post by BikerGran » Thu Nov 22, 2007 9:29 pm

Went to Edinburgh at the weekend, and wandering about the city (on foot, that is) I kept noticing there was something different about the bikers.

Finally realised that they were all wearing race-type leathers, well you know, matching jackets and trousers anyway. Round these parts you see a lot more bikers wearing textiles - I'm not thinking of the fast boys out for a ride, but the ones riding round towns. Who's different, us down in the southwest, or them?
The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.
