Saw a real one last weekend being followed by a Fazer. By the time i'd told my Son about it and to look out the window not at his playstation portable, it was a distant speck in my rear view mirror.

Looked smart tho'

They look like fun and everyone's talking about them, but I don't reckon they'll catch on any more than the BM thing with the roof......

The point is, they don't fall over when you stop - which is important if you have problems with your legs - but they DO lean which is more fun and more manouvreable than an ordinary trike.

Perhaps a controversial point - How do they fit into the helmet laws?

Just think twice as much cost every 'X' miles and you're only using half the tyre.

Gastly, I'd rather have a Reliant Robin. :smt005

The main advantage is that they are classified as a BIKE... this means bike levels of road tax and you can ride them on a bike lisence. Whilst us old peeps who passed test ages ago can drive a reliant , the newer bike lisences do not give you three wheeler full lisence entitlement.

And there are people without a car lisence

The more I look, the more it makes sense - bet it's hard to loose the front (until you try to lean more than 40 degrees).

Wonder whether this will inspire Pierre into another heavy bout of modification .... the only Falco with 2 front wheels!

It's great that manufacturers are thinking in new ways. Although I never liked the BM at least it was something different and original.

I guess having three wheels overcomes the instability of something like a quad bike, yet is presumably more stable than a normal two wheeler when cornering. It should also provide far greater stopping power.

I like it. :smt001
