It was an easy mistake..

Picture this.

Cut up (dice) 1 Butternut squash, 1 medium onion. Make up 3/4 of a pint of chicken broth (chicken oxo cubes x 2) and shove in a saucepan. Add fresh cut basil and a big pinch of salt and black pepper. Leave to simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes.

Forget youre cooking it, walk in the kitchen at the 10 minute point and start imagine your daughter is secretly smoking Hash from the smell in the kitchen.

Then realise shortly afterwards the smell is your cooking..

Then eat humble pie... :smt012

Well ive got a cold!!!? :smt009

It was an easy mistake...

I'll have to try making that soup cos I love the smell of hash, but would rather have a glass of wine than a smoke (make that another glass....)

Dont forget you'll need to have a cold... I'd hate for you to make said soup and not get the desired effect.

I suppose you could substitute the basil for something else. :smt005

I'm told that for pain relief herbs work better cooked than smoked.
