OK, here goes, I thought I had a problem with my clutch, it was heavy and made quite a "Klunking!" noise when I engaged 1st. I duly ordered a new clutch and with the help of Pierre and Bigun would fit the new clutch sometime soon....
Alas, at the beginning of the week, started up and tried to engage 1st, just "Klunked!" and cut-out, tried a few times then thought I might be doing some damage and stopped. Took the clutch cover off and found that the thrust bearing and fell to bits basically

When I took off the clutch cover, engine oil started to seep out of my shiney new MPL Slave cylinder

My main question (eventually) was, what would of caused the thrust bearing to disintergrate? I don't want to put a new clutch in and thrust bearing and seals and find there is another problem....
Any help would be much appreciated guys

Cheers.
Warranty yeah rite!!
