I started off confused and the more this thread continues the more confused I get.

Of the characters mentioned or pictured, the only two that I have heard of are Mrs Shrek and Prince Andrew.
The portly woman in the first photo does seem to be doing a good impression of Mrs Shrek .... but why is she imitating Mrs Shrek and who is she?
.... and where did that other woman come from (who is not doing a good impression of Mrs Shrek) .... and how does Gio know she's got no teeth? Is she a customer that couldn't cope with the crusts on his sandwiches??

The picture at the top is of Princess Beatrice, who IMO looks like Mrs Shrek (yes I know its a cartoon film)
