Tour in southern Spain by bike

We are organizing a group ride in Andalusia, southern Spain for October and November. We’ll do a 8 days vacation tour with our own bikes or renting one. Scenery drives and good food.

we did that and took in the MotoGP at Valencia. But we nearly missed it as we loved the mountain roads of the pyrenees so much, we couldn't tear ourselves away. On certain roads, the tarmac is perfect as it is used for the tour de france.

We holidayed there about two years ago. The roads are wonderful and inviting with the police often just around the next corner.....

I'd love to take the bike there but fear I might get locked up for good.
