A Sad day
Said good bye to my Falco today
Could not justify having two bikes with similar capabilities as such she was shipped to new owner.
The good news was that the price achieved was somewhat better than I was expecting so maybe the Falco's are begining to appreciate or at least maybe people are waking up to what a great bike.
She served me well with 2 european tours over the two years of ownership and never missed a beat, I hope the new owner has as much fun.
So Ebay here i come with a few goodies, namely
Black DB Screes
White RSV shock
Road legal, removable baffle round stainless Carbon Can Co pipes
If anyone is interested let me know
"Its been emotional"

Damn - I'm going to lock this thread quickly before everyone jumps ship!mellow yellow wrote:Stokesy, Out of interest what outlet did you use to sell your bike as mine is going the same way for the same reason
Stokesy- really sorry to hear the Falco has gone - so what is the bike you're left with? (and how come the Falco was the one that went?)
Anyway, at least we're part of the Ridersite - so hopefully you'll be sticking around even without a Falco.
Mellow - sell the other one! After all, your Falco's a Yellow one so you'll struggle to shift it - so you may as well hang on to it.

Hi Mellow
Mate of mine has a bike showroom so we did a commission deal,
2000 Xreg in total std trim 15000 miles with history, couple of scratches
£3000 I ended up with £25oo plus all my bits
Hi D-rider
Other bike is Fazer 1000, on an 53plate, newer bike wins battle. WIll prob get something for weekends and trackdays with clipons in due course.
Also so little time and so many bikes to ride.
Cheers guys
Thanks for the laughs

Fazer wins over Falco.. I can hear the matchboxes being reached for

I hope that just means you'll still be here but maybe a little less?
Dont forget RiderSite isnt just about those Aprilias.. We have agrowing membership of die hard Fazer riders.
We had one at last count (a minute ago)
