Cant tell now, but Im sure theyve spelt it Breech not breach too
And the 'Penalty' statement is written in Dutch?

I was bloody livid.

When I took the pic, I had quite a few weird looks from stall holders.
So I asked THEM what was wrong. (spelling that follows to imitate accents)

'Oh yeah mate! Nivver Spottid that loike...'

'So it is! Well I never!'

'What's wrong with it? That's right that is!'
