There's a few on ebay that claim to do so (not convinced :smt009 ), but gotta ask...

WHY?

The rev limiter is there for a reason, granted there's a bit of a safety margin, but Aprilia (or Rotax, or whoever) in their wisdom (far greater than mine) decided where the limit should be on their engine

It could all end in tears :smt010

well to ne honest i bought one off ebay , and fitted it , and to be honest she pulls like a train now no glitchs , but also the rev limiter has gone . And i reckon the the chip is a clone , but the seller wont say, so I'm trying to find out what it could be .
I currently run twin akrapovic exhaust system , renegade air kit , 55mm throttle bodies with induction trumpets ( was running a aprilia evo titanium chip )
