Suzuki DR 400

I'm thinking of getting one of these for a bit of a laugh. It'll have to be a cheap one and I'm not looking for the SuperMoto thing.

Anyone have any experience? Things to look out for? Clues as to whether it's been trashed round the woods?

Thank you all in eager anticipation...........

All I know as a potential buyer who chose a Kwak 650 over it...have you got long legs? Kwak pissed over an aquaintances untill he spent hundreds on it to keep up then it overheated. Sorry thats all I can contribute.

Yes I do have long legs. That's one of the attractions - a bike that's actually big enough :smt003

a good bike, a bit (top) heavy as 400 enduros go but quite powerfull with it.
added bonus of being quite good off rd if you fancy a bit of green laning in the winter.
