Ok, so my Alpinestars gortex jacket developed a fault, a cuff zip kept jamming after 11 months regular use.
I took it back to On Yer Bike (near Aylesbury) who arranged for it to go back to Italy.
Three weeks later, the jacket is back, zip sorted, minor tatty bit repaired (unrequested), new and better velcro fitted and jacket cleaned!

Absolutely top customer service from Alpinestars and one very happy (and warm and dry) owner :smt003

I was so happy, I had to buy a new set of leathers while I was in the shop :smt005

That's good to know Katie. Jules kitted herself out in Alpinestars textiles last year and I have been impressed by the quality so far.
