No point in making her sit a retest

#1 Post by T.C. » Wed Mar 08, 2017 10:07 am

If this scammer is disqualified (as well as a custodial sentance) what deterent is there in making her do a retest? Formaility for her I would suspect..

On a more serious note, I would be interested to know how many others are out there who have not actually taken a test but paid someone to take it for them.

I have head of a scam, any driving categories you want, submitted to the DVLA data base in Northern Ireland, back dated so it blends in.
lets face it, trying to get DVLA to admit an error has occurred is just about impossible :smt009

My Dad, quite legally never took a test to drive a car.

If I remember correctly, back in or just after WWII you could upgrade your bike license to a car license without a test - so he never needed to take a car test.

Of course he no longer drives .... or breathes for that matter.
