Falco to tuono raised bar conversion kit

#1 Post by wayno » Thu Nov 17, 2016 11:51 am

I am finally getting round to clearing out all my Falco parts from the garage, time to shift the raised bar kit.

This is a nearly full set up, consisting of

tuono top yoke,
tuono bar risers,
renthal fat bars,
second set of risers from factory racing,
second set of 7-8" bars (these end up in roughly the same place as the other bars, but have different bends so you can find which works best for yourself.
Set of front brake hose (braided) which are approx. 2 1/2" longer than the standard length ones.
Most importantly this comes with a pre cut fairing (not the prettiest cut job, don't blame me I bought it this way) and a badly pre cut screen. I couldn't bring myself to ruin mine, but saw this pre cut one for sale so made the conversion.

You will need the following to complete the conversion

Tuono throttle and choke (I know technically it's not that) cables (aftermarket ones from WEMOTO are £10 each)
Tuono clutch line. I have found some in the garage so these might not be required.

The fairing is silver and needs a damn good rub back and respray to look nice.

Looking for £150 for the lot, I don't really want to have to ship these as the box would be huge and I'd be worried about the fairing breaking in transit, so cash on collection is preferred, I don't mind holding onto them for a while if you're a long standing trust worthy member

If you buy this I'll throw in a K&N oil filter (KN152) as it's no good to me anymore, still in it's box.

I have just found a set of throttle cables and a braided clutch line in the garage, I'm pretty sure these are the extended ones for the conversion kit, so you will only need a choke cable (or I think you can change the routing to gain the extra).

Let me know the standard lengths and I will measure the ones I have to confirm all this, but it's looking like you will need very little apart from some paint for the fairing
