removing clutch lever

Any tips for removing the clutch lever? My grub screw is tight. Sorry if this has been covered, but I find the search generally crap :smt017

Penetrating oil, patience, perseverence.
Impact driver.
If that does not work remove the locknut from the end of the pillar bolt and use two plain nuts locked together at the very end of the thread, in the same way you would use two nuts locked tgether to remove a stud
