Back in my usual warm sunny place at this time of year......
Back in Coral Bay Cyprus, where I have been every year for the last eleven years.
Staying in a nice villa in the Sea Caves area.
I popped up to the local supermarket earlier and bought a good supply of large cans of Keo, (a nice local brew).
Please feel free the share them with me, after Pete.
Hope he leaves some.
Here fo three weeks and this weather should really help, only got here at midnight and got a bit of an tan already.
Happy riding, hope to be back on the bike again soon.
Cheers ...........
Howard.

Hi Howard - enjoy..! We're also in the sunshine, but probably not as warm as you. It's been around 18 deg C here today - warm enough to get me working in a t-shirt and jeans and still feeling pleasantly warm. Next week is supposed to get into 20+ deg C territory.
The downside is that we're not really taking advantage of the rays, but doing renovation work inside. Still, I was cutting floor tiles outside and the warmth was very pleasant to feel on these old bones.
But only just over a week to go and we'll be back in Blighty... Just hope the snow has stopped by then...

Mean while back in England, it still feels like winter on the bike!
Howard, while I remember, I've just got the shock swapped over on the falco to the one you lent me. Had all sorts of issues with the dogbone linkage being sized, then had an operation which put me out of action for a few weeks, but it's all fixed and running again now. As am I (nearly, anyway!)
Job next week is to get my shock sent off for its service, as soon as I get it back ill be in touch to arrange giving you yours back.
Thanks again and enjoy Cyprus!

It's a bit like the Forth bridge... never enough time and always more that needs to be done. But it's good to get away for a few weeks at this time of year. I hate it when winter drags on (as it seems to be doing in the UK at present). A break is a good thing, as I know you realiseHowardQ wrote:Was 28 here Graham, but dropped down to a still nice 23 today, hope you get all the planned work sorted.

Than5ks again and enjoy Cyprus!
Hope it was nothing too serious and you will soon be fully OK.
There is absolutely no rush for the old shock, I'm not planning on using it any time soon.
Hope it doesn't make the Falco too uncomfortable for daily use, and you turned the preload down a bit, as I had it set pretty stiff.
