On tuesday my new sim stopped working so I went and got another one which was activated in store, I was told it would be working in seconds, still not working, tried in three separate mobiles, two of which are brand new, two of which were supplied by EE, the other new one an ebay purchase, still no working phone despite the tech support ' refreshing' my sim.
Today I recieve an email confirming my Netflix subscription.
Not me, never used /contacted Netflix in any way.
My laptop, tablet and phone all have basic security, only one wierd email with attatchment recieved about a week ago, attatchment never opened.
Did reply to the Netflix email telling them it's not me and asking for all details, will also speak to bank to make sure no money is taken, bit worrying
