Tricky cans

#1 Post by Falcomille » Thu May 31, 2007 6:27 pm

I bought a couple of unidentifiable cans off E-bay, which are so bloody loud they make my ears bleed. I've bought some new baffle material, and have drilled the rivets out, but can I hell as like shift the ally sleeves. Anyone ever done this job before? What trick am I missing?
I assume it's gunk that is holding the whole lot together.

The bike does sound awesome though!!

Can you stick a couple of pictures up?

I've repacked loads of cans over the last 6 years, even do it for friends.

The ends of the cans and the bit where the sleeve meets the end caps.

And a sound clip would be good too, while you're at it! :smt002
