Time for a change?

#1 Post by EEEP » Tue May 29, 2007 3:12 pm

Well it may be time for a change I am looking at swapping to a Tuono.

What value do you all in your wisdom reckon that a standard falco 8500mile on an 05 plate would be worth.

If it does go I will be selling all the after market bits like Doouble Bubble screen, bellypan, mille yellow spring shock with linkages, akrapovic silencers and various other bits.

Any thoughts on value would be appreciated.

Thanks EEEP

You'll really please F9, could see the number of Tuonos in his section tripled in a few days! :smt004

Not sure on values - seem to have gone up with most other bikes now that summer is here. :smt017
Have seen a couple 2001s in dealers at £3500 recently !!!
Best way is look on Bike Trader for the whole country and see what they are askin, gives you latest prices, trade and private.

Tuono's a crackin' bike, but the Falco is just as much fun and has more day to day practicallity. What changes are you lookikng for?

Got a mate who got one for the same reason... He's now loonier then ever :smt011

He says he feels invincible in the up-right position.
I think he's gonna trade it on a supermoto !!

I hope you get more than I was offered last week against a new Duke ST3. I called in at Ducati Glasgow just for something to do and got talking to the sales type person, I made a casual enquiry, trading the Falco (6600, 05 plate, best colour) against the Duke, and, after consulting with his wee book, he offered me £2700 :smt009 Sensing my disbelief, he said he could maybe push it up to £3000.....I left! I'm no expert but I was expecting more of the folding....or am I being nieve
