The gin palace is booked with the normal suspects present
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Assuming the blue Falco has a working cooling system, we'll be there. This time we might even try and make it for the Friday night (shock horror). Can't do Sat night, as I'm working...

As discussed if I can borrow the coffin and appropriate padding my intention is to stay Saturday night ... And neck a bottle of decent red wine
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Sorry Jay - it really is a long way for me, and there's a local event I can get to on the trike so, no contest I'm afraid! Hope you all have a great time!

Is there a hotel nearby for civilised people? I'll be a strong probably if there's some proper digs. I would camp but I don't have any gear and I hate fooking camping!

Sorry Jay, I too am going to have to withdraw, mother (my) is coming up for that weekend, seems it has been booked with my wife for some time but I had not appreciated the timing of it.
Sorry will miss you all, go safe & enjoy.
