She lives she breathes

#1 Post by flatlander » Fri Apr 17, 2015 5:41 pm

She needs new boots fek but all in all can't complain not started the bronze for ages but been on charge so last few days but of a clean look for loose bits new headlight bulbs and quick check over of MOT bits all liked ok good tread left etc
Sod start with fresh juice checking oil and topping up starts first time! MOT passed with instructions to get new tyres and have the decency to get a suitable spare numberplate for test days so no complaints at all really and been offered a perm job at where I've been contracting so get a drink before the wife finds out !!
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

roundabout cocktail for me please

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

MOT tester literally said "I can't believe I've done that I've passed it with that tyre"
I of course promised to change it which I will I had just not noticed a worn patch when I checked the bike over but the tread was good
He also said your numberplate is illegal but as its not taking the piss ill ignore it just have the decency to get a standard one for test days in future

Top bloke so I've booked the tyre change in with them out of courtesy as much as anything so he knows for future
