Hiya,

How close do your shins come to the protectors? I'd hate to install them and then find I can't fit onto the bike with them in place...

I've got these fitted Viking. There is no doubt they do feel cumbersome at first and your lowere leg does catch when stood still. Having said that you soon get used to them and now I never really notice them.

on mine, you will soon forget they are there.

tip... long rides you can rest your legs over them... one at a time just incase!!
if you can't ride it....
OR take it too bed...

If it makes a difference to fitting on the bike with the crash protectors fitted, I'm about 6'3".
