Most forums seem to have their own Fantasy Road Race Private League within the MCN Fantasy Road Race game and Ridersite is no exception.
After a year off following last year's debacle where MCN didn't have the game ready before the season started and then dropped SBK and BSB, I'm happy to tell you we are racing again in 2015 - and we're back to the old format including MotoGP, SBK and BSB.
Well done MCN for getting this back on track
If you're up to speed with it all then the important info is:
- League Name: Ridersite Racing
League PIN: 19456
2015 Season Final Result:
For Those That Are New To This:
- What is Fantasy Road Race?
- Fantasy Road race is a bit of fun that allows you to become the manager of a motorcycle road race super-team - with 2 riders in each of MotoGP, World Superbike and British Superbike.
You get to choose your team members from the real stars (and no-hopers) that actually compete in these championships and you score the points that the riders accumulate.
You do have to work within a budget of £10 million pounds (and you don't get to keep the change).
At certain points in the season you are able to mix your team up a bit - hiring and firing your riders.
Scoring Points:
How Do I Sign Up to Play?
Does It Cost Me Anything?
- Only hours of sleepless nights pondering whether you've made the right choices - the game is FREE to play
What Is A Private League?
- Anyone can start a private league - they are typically groups of friends / forum members that wish to play against each other. The person who starts the league controls who joins it (in our case, that's me). People can apply to join using the league's PIN (see the top of this post) - I'll just approve your application.
How Do I Join The Ridersite Racing Private League?
Once you've registered, the game home page will give you the option "My Team" - Click that option.
On the "My Team" page, below your team selection, you will find "My Private Leagues". Click the "Enter New League" Button:
You will find the options to start your own league and to join an existing league. Type the Ridersite Racing PIN into the box in "Join An Existing League" and press go.
All that then remains is for me to add you to the league.
Can I Win Anything?
- Within the Private League, it's just for the honour of winning the game - or for most of us, the pleasure in taking part.
The Overall Winner of the MCN game will win a prize. This year it's VIP trip to a 2016 European MotoGP round. Winners of each round will receive a set of Dunlop tyres.

By When Must I Join?
- Register before 04:00 GMT on Saturday, 21 February 2015 - if you don't join by then you'll miss the points for the first race (and qualifying)
Race Calendar:
So all that remains is for you to join up, sign up your riders and wait for the racing season to start.
Good Luck and Happy Racing

Well the season is under way.
Notwithstanding the organisers' dodgy qualifying decision the racing followed and we have points on the board ... well 9 of the 10 of us within Ridersite Racing have points on the board.
We seem to be slow starters this year as none of us are within the top 1,000 in the overall competition - let alone the top 100 .... but there is plenty of time to rise up or down the rankings.
Anyway, here are the results:

Another racing weekend and MotoGP is under way.
Pete seems to be stretching his lead in the Ridersite Racing Mini League but the biggest news is that Kneescratch has scored his first points of the season. He still has only 1 rider scoring points - but that rider scored a surprise win.
Also, welcome to the team gringo73.

BSB is now under way .... and it's led to Ridersite Racing overall scores bunching up a bit.
Plenty to play for over the coming months.

It's the end of the first round of races and time to shuffle the pack before the second round begins next weekend.

Weekend 7 has been and gone .... much to my annoyance a sure-fire BSB win for Shakey was scuppered by Kamikaze-Kiyo riding his Zero fighter ......
Still, over a season, these things happen to most of us ....

Apologies that the scores haven't been updated for a few rounds - it's not just because Pete has powered into the lead!
The problem has been that I have been hosting my pictures at Google Photos but it seems that now they have "upgraded" their service, it is no longer possible to get a link that will display the picture on this site. The old ones are still showing OK but I've not found a way round this or found time to choose a new hosting service.
However, I have been updating the tables (although I seem to have missed Weekend 12) and clicking on the links below will display the tables.

its a bit tight at the top!
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
