Rear master cylinder

#1 Post by ginge » Thu Dec 04, 2014 12:24 am

Seems my rear brake has gone and it isnt just for the crappy normal reason this time.

Anyone know of a suitable (better/cheaper) replacement before I just splash out on a new one?

Thanks for any help.

iirc the ducati one is about 17 quid

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

A type specific one will cost more than a generic part.
Its a 13mm bore, top outlet, Brembo or Brembo pattern and mounts should be right. Last time I looked a genuine Brembo non specific was less than £30

THanks for the heads up on non-specific. Managed to find them for £40.
