MOT passed

#1 Post by Tonyunn » Sun Nov 02, 2014 9:36 am

I wasn,t really nervous about the bike passing, which it did but a comment from the wife got me thinking.
She asked why I was worried as in the past I must have had loads of tests done.
It was at that point that I realised the the Falco is the only bike I have put through a test, this was its third in my ownership.
In my youth, like many others I never seemed to keep a bike long enough.

When I take my bike for test, the MOT inspector does comment on how people of certain ages do keep their bikes in good condition.

This is probably due to the fact that if things go wrong on big bikes it generally ends in fatality.

He did comment that teenagers are the worst offenders by riding piles of poo though.

He also did comment that bike riders are not the same with their cars :smt083

The tester did mention that, I could not imagine riding a bike that would fail an MOT, except for noise of course.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
