Ebay - Bellypan

#1 Post by Tonyunn » Wed Sep 24, 2014 7:20 am

I am bidding on a Belly pan for a Falco, I am only going for it as a spare, to me it looks like a Skidmarx one.

If anyone on here is bidding for it then let me know and I will stop as it is not essential that I get it.

Thats a slippery path you're on Tony. I still have a loft full of Gpz spares which I bought "just in case".
So far I've lugged them around through two house moves - I may sling the bike up the road so I can clear some space!

(The Falco's not immune - I have a Mille swingarm on a shelf in the garage which I will fit "one day" :smt001 )

You are right but it is such a nice piece of kit it would be a shame not to have it.
Which is indeed a dodgy train of thought to go down.

Top man, very considerate I think.

Looks like a Skiddy one to me as well, I have one on my Falco, needed extra rubber washers for me to be happy with the fit. It should come with reflective heat foil to protect where it fits near the header.

Didnt fit my mid-panels totally correctly either but this is because its not colour matched.

What's the item number? I've been wanting one for a while. I'll have a look and let you know if I'm going to bid. 👍

I paid £158 for my Bellypan from what I thought was an outlet for Skidmarks on Ebay called FlowriderUk but, that seller does not appear to exist now???

Are their colours matched to the aprilia ones or are they just plain red, blue etc.

Not that it matters to me, I have one, just curious.

You can have any colour you want, so long as it is black

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

or .... according to the link ....
Blue
Kawasaki Green
Racing Green
Red
White
Yellow

I don't recall any Falcos coming in "Kawasaki Green" so I think you should take these as generic colours.

Go for black as it works with all the colours .... and if you want a colour match, get it sprayed
