The California passed its MOT yesterday, needing nothing more than a tweak to the headlamp beam aim. Couple of advisories - back tyre nearly to the legal limit (which is good, 'cos I don't like the Avon RoadRiders currently fitted), and back brake not very effective (which I knew about anyway). Anyway, I've booked it in for a brake service/overhaul - don't have the facilities for doing this myself.
Thumbs up for Strefford's Motorcycles (Worcester); picked up a lot of useful advice for this bike.
Bar's open.
And finally, a pic of the awesome coolness which is a California

It flies sideways through time

Are the foot plates ribbed to help your slippers stick?
Great news
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

Obviously the Forum's answer to global warming. Working too well IMHO.

All his cardies are brown and his beard is grey.
He's been for an MOT on a summer's day.
He'd be safe and warm if he wasn't in the UK.;
California dreamin' on such a summer's day.

Aw so purdy
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
