Hi All
You may have been following my (continuing) sage to get my bike up and running well I'm getting to the final furlong now that the engine is at least in the frame if not completely connected.
I'd like to get a picture of the bottom of the fuel tank so I can see how others have their fuel pipes routed as I'm not convinced that the main pipe to the throttle body in on correctly. It just seems rather tight when I put the tank down and after reading about possible leaks from the tank base I'd like to see how the pipe should be routed. Doesn't seem to cover this in the workshop manual as I guess they assume you will put it back as it came off - trouble is I didn't take it off originally!

I can't offer any insights.
I just put my tank back on following the insertion of a shiny RSV engine... and put the return pipe on to the tank out 180° out of sync - collapsing the braiding as I lowered the tank and scrapping the pipe. It was worn just where it's collapsed as it turned the corner around the rear valve cover.
I only took pictures after I'd removed the tank - and I wish I'd taken them in daylight too.

IIRC the braided line runs to the left(as you sit on the bike) of the rear throttle body then between the throttlebodies before bolting to them on the right side.
I'm sure there is a diagram in one of the manuals that shows the routing of all the plumbing and wiring, I'll have a look and post if I find it.

Found it and it's pretty much as I recalled, but can't post from work. So if you go to Martinpoll's site http://www.martinpoll.dk/div_april.htm and have a look/download the Falco workshop manual there is a description on Page 4-15 with a picture that's pretty good. The plumbing section is at the back and page 8-10 has the relevant info, but it's not as useful as the former info.
Good luck
