Had a two hour window yesterday so took a run up to carter bar, did about 85 miles on some great roads. A68, A696.

You mean there was somewhere that it didn't pour with rain the whole day yesterday?!

Looks nice.

I'm starting to dribble and looks loverly.....haven't been on my Falco in 20 months and it looks like I will have the bike finished to ride on Sat with 2 or 3 mates to my Macmillan fundraiser at M&S Swindon Orbital organised by my dear friend Jules who works there. All welcome. :smt003

Hi all,

Well tony, what time did you ride out? I rode past there up to jedburgh, to meet my friends who had just done 5 days in scotland. Cup of tea in that tea room just as you go into jedburgh (before the abbey).

We all rode back around 14:30hrs or so. Fun road the A68.....

11:00 to 12:30

just wanted to get out, could hear bikes flying up the A69 from the house and that was enough to make me move.

Oddly enough the only trouble I had was not with cars but other bikes, one t**t didn't have the time to let me pass a lorry and decided to go first, nearly took me out, I was livid.

Hi all,

Yes tony, plenty of those guys about, always watch my mirrors for idiots, and you're right about some guys. They just have to be FIRST! No consideration, go ride that way on the track numb-nuts :smt018

My mates and I are going up "The Hill" on saturday for brekky in the green cafe, if you are passing by. We get there around 10:00hrs..

Its that time of year. All the weekend warriors who havent ridden since October are now out of hibernation ready to prove they are the next McPint. The result is a big surge in hospital admissions but it will quieten down again by July.
