BT sport not free

Thought I would enquire about BT sport since I have BT broadband and they keep banging on about it being free and I would like to see the Moto GP's next year.

Free my arse

£5 a month to get BT TV
£35 box to watch it on
£10 card to get it started

I know it's not huge amounts buy it isn't free.

And when (like SKY) will they jack up the prices

That's to watch it on BT TV .... you have to pay for BT TV

I think it's free to watch online if you have BT Broadband

I got the PC version it is free but smart TV's don't work either I checked.
HDMI cable and hook through the big TV.

Gave up with BT about six months ago, and yet they still try and harass me for money. Toss pots. Sky are heading the same way.

IF you have a skybox, then you can watch BT free through it - even on sky free view - I set it up for my dad like that

Not aware they ever said it would be totally free to anyone who wanted it. How would that ever be viable?

They kept advertising it on TV as being free - they didn't say you had to pay for this and that - well they may have said it in fine print at the bottom of the screen but a lot of us can't read that and they don't leave it up for long anyway.

I once thought of getting Sky when they had what sounded like a good offer going, so I phoned them up to find out EXACTLY what you got for your money and the bloke said "When the engineer comes he will explain"

It amazes me that people will sign up, basically buy something without knowing what they're getting!

Cant say I have ever registered a BT advert but then I rarely watch anything but BBC. All others on the sky boix so I can skip adverts

I only ever watch the US version of Netflix nowadays. Unless there's something on in another country that's particularly interesting.
