Ahoy there!

#1 Post by DanRomani » Tue Nov 26, 2013 3:25 pm

I've just joined the site, does that mean it's my turn to get a round in, or are you all buying me a drink?

I ride an Aprillia Futura and there's some sort of underground movement on the aprilliaforums putting people in burlap bags and bringing them over here, which I guess is what must have happened to me because I feel a bit woozy!

Anyhow, I just wanted to say hello. Any other Futura riders on here?

Dan

Hi Dan and Welcome
:smt006

We've a number of FutFut riders on here - but I'm not one of them.
We've also got a number of people from your part of the country - but, again, I'm not one of them (though apparently one of my great-grandads came from Jarrow)

Anyway glad you've found ridersite - please join in the fun and hopefully we'll see you at some of our forum get-togethers (when the weather is a bit more amenable to holding them)

welcome

pint of claret please

tell us, what is your choice of carpet slipper?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Hi, as a Fut rider you will have to get used to 'pipe and slipper' jokes.

So, shag or ready rubbed ?

Welcome, I will have a large napalm pls :smt006

I do not have a Futura. Or a Falco or a Mille. Or indeed any Aprilia at all!

But I'm not fussy who I speak to so, welcome to RS! And mine's a large red wine (the virtual stuff is all I can take in large quantities!)

Hello and welcome from another Futura owner! Good to see another chap with good taste and discernment in bikes.

The feeling woozy was probably something to do with the grooming process - Pete (Aladinsane) has access to rohypnol. You don't have any hazy recollections of pink hats, do you?
