One of these is sometimes parked near where I work. It's absolutely bonkers and I love it. I just have to stop every time and have a good look at it, and every time I discover some new piece of detail I've missed previously. I'd seriously consider getting one if I could possibly justify it to SWMBO, but don't see how I could.

That looks so much fun !
How about telling SWMBO, one or both of us will have to sell ass until we can afford one, or is it a bank loan ?
Or would you just get your balls served up for dinner ?

6 Grand for a brand new bike? How much are fireblades and R1's new?
I think it makes the benelli good value for money :smt003

After one lunchtime amble to ogle the Benelli Tre I went back and seriously started hunting down the classifieds for one. I reckon that if one were to go a-Benelli shopping in late November/early December, then serious bargains might be had. It might mean a freezing/frigid Christmas and New Year, but them's the risks you take.

That's all I'm saying on the subject. Ahem...

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Styled by Glyn Kerr who trained in automotive design in the School of art and design at Cov Uni.

Just saying.

Going for £6k - that's only a grand more than brand new Falcos were going for a few years ago.
Nice bikes but I'd still not swap the Falco for one.

I like them, but I'd still take the Falco.
They are not exactly new, just up to 3 or 4 years old, (or more), with no mileage.
They will still de-value very quick, but they do look nice!

I had a look at one before the dark side, and as nice as the Tornado is, I wouldn't want to be caught short when I need spares. Then again, retirement fund is due, and after seeing Kiwi yesterday with his bronze Falco, I may be in the market again to get another one :smt017

Last year when I was looking at something other than my Gixer I actually went out on a second hand one. Loved it but the woman wanted a nicer ride two up lol.

Great bike and uber cheap these days.

I saw the Tornado Tre at the Melbourne bike show about 10 years ago. The price tag was something like AU$60k. It looked bloody beautiful.

When I was looking at buying the Falco, the same dealer had the Cafe Racer in stock. I'd love to own one of them, but not at AU$25k (and up)
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.
