A few tasty little mods :)

#1 Post by danowat » Fri May 04, 2007 2:34 pm

Finally recieved my box of delights today, so spent a feverish 30 mins fitting them, I am WELL pleased with the results :smt003

A carbon front mudguard, new dark double bubble screen, new small indicators to replace the god awful standards and the cherry on the cake, my lovely bellypan :smt001

Please. I'll have to make a bracket, (NP), and it would be nice to stop it flapping about! :smt003
The opposite side on mine bolts onto the bottom shock mount via an 'S' shaped bracket; Does yours? :smt017

Cheers fer that D! :smt006
Gonna make a couple o brackets this weekend if I get time, (interesting that the left hand mount is via one of the side stand bolts; Mine is off the bottom shock mount which I was always dubious about)...

Nice Job,
Which Belly Pan is that and is it the standard finish or have you had it painted?

Not usually a fan of the mixed paint schemes, but that looks good.

I'm surprised I'm the first to ask, but where did you get the indicators from and were they a straight swop?

Bellypan is from Skidmarx, top notch fit, went straight on with no cutting, filing, drilling or anything, thats how it came in the box, the finish isn't perfect, it could really do with painting, but it's more than good enough for now.

As for the indies, they are £6.99 jobbies from Hien Gerike, and they went straight on, apart from having to buy a 21W flasher unit.
