It was posted on facebook. I have tried to get one, but the guy who's shop the link came from did say he just posted the picture from something he found.
He is trying to source them in full face.

When you said the "Ultimate Helmet", I didn't expect we'd come so close to an unimpeded view of the specified "Ultimate" body part !

TBH I sort of thought about when squid posted that hairy bum some time ago....
