It's been ages (almost a year) since I've been on here.
Nice to see the same old faces are still in the Falco fold and good to see some new ones too.
Still got my Falco and since I bought her in 2002, last year was the only year I never took her out. However she's back on the road this year and reminding me just how much I missed her.
Treated myself to a ZZR1200 at the tail end of last year too so I get to take the good lady out on that and get to keep the Falco purely for gentle bimbles in the country.
Happy days.
So

everyone.

Nice to hear from you again Andy.
Funny how black Falcos seem to stick with you, although I have only had mine 9 years (
almost).
Did you get the last bit wrong about how you use the Falco and the ZZR.
Surely you mean that you use the ZZR to take the good lady out for gentle bimbles in the country, and the Falco for
......................... fun days out (?).
How are things going work wise these days, all good I hope?

Eyup o' bruised one.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Awrite guys
My old Falco still going great. I've had her now 11 years and have accrued some 48,000 miles and still as strong as ever. A few things start to go wrong with a bike of this age and with such a reasonable mileage but regular servicing and attention to maintenance and she's still as much fun as ever.
Work is good I have to say. I'm still self employed but I got a start with Glasgow City Council in November 2010 on an eight week contract and I'm still here.
Life is "braw" as they say in Ayrshire.
Anyway I'm away to post my latest Falco requirement in the appropriate forum.
Oh and by the way...I only ever bimble on the Falco!!
