new pads - question

#1 Post by Tonyunn » Sat Jun 08, 2013 8:59 pm

I have just bought and now fitted a set of front sintered Brembo pads, whilst reading the blurb it states that these pads should only be fitted to brake systems that were designed for this type of pad.

My question is this am I ok fitting these pads on a bog standard Falco brake system.

hey seem stunning to what I had on previously so I would like to keep them

I fitted sintered pads, EBC HH ones, to my Sprint and my Daytona 955i and never had any problems.

Not sure what is in my Falco but they are due for a change so will be putting sintered pads in, and unless the discs are made of cheese(the metal in the pads will wear them quickly), they should be perfectly fine.

Cheers for that, I got my mine from BikeTourqeRacing as their price was very reasonable and their delivery took only two days.

The standard fit pads are sintered, I've just swapped the rears out for EBC HH Sintered on that basis
