If you have a pair, you will know they make a fair old burble, turn heads ect. I have often wondered if they are ' legal 'having not seen any markings stating Not for highway use,
Until the other day,re fitting the RH can, on the inside of the connecting pipe, facing the swing arm.. race use only...

Yeah it is the case. The fact they are a genuine aprilia part with the right logos on them gives the impression they are "standard" and helps them to escape beneath the radar .... usually.

TBH I don't think many get stopped on Falcos for loud exhausts - probably as even when loud it's a very nice noise.

Agree with you there, I stopped at a crossing last week, a policeman and woman both gave appreciative nods, took time crossing the road, checking the bike out !

I always turn heads on mine - and equally they go through the MOT every year - happy days.
