ok. went to fit my new clutch cylinder and went to reverse bleed feed, finally figured out that it was only possible if the new stubby clutch lever was removed. Wound the little push rod all the way back but this made it only possible to reverse bleed if you had muscles of Mike Tyson and the rest of the bank holiday to do it in.
So this had led me to ask a questions.
With it fitted will it be slipping the clutch as the heated clutch fluid cant make it back to the reservoir it will slowly push the slave cylinder rod in as it expands in the piped?
Does the push rod new filing down and is this good idea?
Should i just bin them and stick with the original levers?
Any suggestions, hints or advice appreciated.
Will try reverse bleeding tomorrow with the original ones fitted to see if these also have the same problem.
