And the winners are...
First - a big thank you to all who have contributed - not only with tickets, but also prizes.... All told we raised around £240 - and that is very impressive
So, the winners
The draw was done as a double draw - first the winner then their prize was drawn randomly
In no particular order:
Knee scratch - bike cleaner courtesy of Nooj
Danthewhippet - combat socks courtesy of hobbit-sgt-major
OldGit - set of AF1 stickers
Snapdragon - Aprilia Performance T Shirt
McBain - Aprilia Ridersite stickers
KKF30 - combat socks courtesy of hobbit-sgt-major
Howard - Ridersite mouse mat
HisNibbs - Ridersite Polo shirt
Hanna - riot racing shirt from Gio
Davshill - double headed lion tank protector courtesy of Jay (blinkey501)
Thanks folks!

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I've just logged on here and clearly haven't been paying attention because I have no idea what this is about. However, I am intrigued by the concept of "cpmbat socks". What exactly are they and what characterisitic qualifies them for that particular adjective? Will the lucky winners be be able to use them to their full potential? My granny used to knit thick, green woolly socks for my Dad and me. Could they have passed as combat socks?

Yep many thanks to martdude and Gill. Well organised and great food. Special thanks to Gill for running me to church stretton to pick my bike up. Extra special thanks to Clive from aberystwith for rescuing me with his GREEN FLAG Pick-up truck (cue the photo's and piss taking)
But it seems Pete felt left out so decided to tamper with his car then promptly DO ONE and leave Hannah in the lurch. Unbelievable

I don't care if you lick windows,
Take the special bus
Or occasionally pee on yourself.
You hang in there sunshine, you're special!

Possibly, if they were waterproof and able to do double duty during liaisons with sheeps.Dusty wrote:IMy granny used to knit thick, green woolly socks for my Dad and me. Could they have passed as combat socks?
Cheers to Mart and Gill for their hard work and ken for manning the barbie on Saturday night. And everybody else for being their normal friendly selves.
I'm going to build a ridersite replica, just waiting on the green flag stickers.

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.

A special nod to Ken.. His BBQ skills were awesome (as was Mart's BBQ)

Alad,
Wow, i wasn't expecting that, i never win anything.
But, the chances of me meeting someone from here are pretty slim at the moment and it would be defeating the object if it was to be posted, therefore if somebody can make use of this cleaner (which is probably brilliant) please feel free.
Great site and you don't look like a half bad bunch.

Thanks
Gary
