I just bought a new one from Skidmarx (see their website).
It was about £140 or maybe a bit less, can't quite remember. They make them to order but mine was with me within a week or so of order placement. Thick fibreglass, good gloss gelcoat (I went for plain black).
Couldnt firn a secondhand one anywhere and got fed up with waiting.
It came with brackets, bolts and heatshield tape. I had to bend the bracket on the sidestand side slightly, to get it to clear the sweep path of the stand. NB I don't know whether my stand is standard or not.

That never occurred to me, I just took a sander to the belly pan until the stand went past.
