Damn!

I've seen a nice looking example in Malpas near Cwmbran... which is real close to my folks but they're not bikers to have a look for me. Its available on eBay... not sure about the price just yet...

Also this older one near a friend in Brum... looks very clean, but different colour

Thoughts?

Ad says "Located near to Whitchurch area, Cheshire." Malpas, Cheshire isn't that far from Geoff - Flatlander; Paddy's not too far away, either. As I've not much else better to do, I could have a look for you, but I'm not sufficiently familiar with Falco details (despite a few years of rubbing shoulders with you lot) to give more than a general opinion.

This one, IMHO, is a nicer specimen than the '01 bike in the other ad. But I'm not a Falco specialist

Yeah, although it does state elsewhere Blaenau Gwent so I need to clarify.

Guy has made contact but said sold as seen with no test rides until cash in hand and I've bought it!

Thanks for the offers of having a look, I'll probably take one of you guys up on that.

Sounds a bit dodgy to me. Test ride with cash in hand unless something goes wrong, yes. but test ride with cash in hand once bought - what is he trying to hide?

So you've to buy it without a test ride? Think I would just buy another... Sounds odd.

Well I've also been looking at some RSVR's and spotted this on RSVR.net... anyone local to Horesham that could have a look for me to see if its as good as it seems?

http://forum.rsvr.net/forum_posts.asp?T ... 333&#61333

Its not quite a Falco... but there are similarities!
