The Swedish blagger appeared in court here in the UK mid november.
He recieved a 12 month sentence for fraud and deception, supended for 12 months, also prohibited from conducting any form of trade in the UK.
I thought this was a bit lenient but my lawyer said 'Had he been a UK resident he probably would have recieved a custodial sentence but then would have grounds to appeal that on welfare considerations being a Swedish citizen, dont worry a little shit like that wont stay out of trouble for long.....
On Dec 22 he began a 3 and a half year sentence for fraud and deception in Sweden.
Paypal had refunded him for the motor in May,more fraud, when he comes out of jail he will still have the suspended sentence

Sounds like for once somebody got what they deserved :) I congratulate you on your persistence and on being more than vindicated in your wholly reasonable assertion of our Nordic cousin as a complete twat ! ;)
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Karma is from stockholm.....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Ah good. Karma.. Tis a bitch! :smt003
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
