World's most reluctant falco

Still cant get the bugger running, the following have been tested or substituted for known working parts,
injectors,inj. relays,ECU,tip over switch,battery, fuel pump.
Replaced a lazy inj relay, now will fire on cyl No 1,no fuel in return line, constant voltage to injector relays UNTIL the relay is connected to the loom then voltage rises and falls
Is this right ?
Cant ring Griff ( again ) as my phone is working as well as my wiring

Hi have you tried running her by squirting fuel down the intakes ? , just wonder if its a blocked fuel line or even filter

Does the bike smell of petrol when turning it over?
Between the T/Bs is the main fuel supply and if you follow the pipe back to the tank there is an inline connector.
Split that and see if fuel flows ok.
Also when turning the ignition on can you hear the fuel pump?????
When under the tank, across the back cylinder head is the wiring loom. Check the wiring has this is a hot spot for wiring faults!!! :smt002

Ive checked all fuel lines, no problems, checked and re checked everything to do with the fuel side
Cant see any problems with wiring around rear cylinder
Only a tiny dribble of fuel in the return line when the QD is split so that means not reaching cyl no2
Tried brake cleaner down throttle bodies when turning over, that would make it fire
Think the chaos pixies have played with the loom :smt013
Will bother Griff again tomorrow
