It doesn't say what the pressure range of the torque wrench is - most cheap ones don't go low enough for bike stuff.

I have one of these - excellent - well worth the money.
6V and 12V batteries, car charging and bike charging strategies ..... more useful than my Optimate

I have one of these - bought it last year.
Very impressed with it.
At the price, it'd be rude not to!
