bloody ebay and its stoopid users JUDGEMENT DAY

#1 Post by fatboy » Fri Sep 28, 2012 5:18 pm

As some may remember, at the last court hearing the Swedish blagger was supported by his employer, paying for his flight and lawyer.....
He is no longer employed.
After the last hearing the judge presented his findings to the Crown Prosecution Service who decided to persue charges.
Todays hearing lasted about 15 mins, the little tosser didnt turn up, so in his absence was found GUILTY of fraud and deception !
A warrant was issued for his arrest stipulating that he return to the UK for sentencing.
Full legal costs of £6,437 were awarded against him, compensation to be adressed next week by the CCB (criminal comensation board ? )
Im now havin a beer ! !

Glad things have been sorted - just as shame you and your mate had to go through so much stress.

good news

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Thanks all :smt002
Im glad that this blagger has been caught out, I doubt this is the only scam he's run.
Im lucky that my lawyer is also a freind so I didnt have to front legal costs, If I had been a one man buisness it would have been cheaper to let the bastard get away with it.
As he will be brought back here for sentencing I think the judge means buisness ! !

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
