Servicing

#1 Post by Gio » Thu Apr 12, 2007 6:49 pm

Does anyone know where in the SW London/West Surrey area I can get oil and a filter?

My service light has just popped on :smt087

The service light is just mileage related; some kind soul will be along in a minute to tell you how to reset it (I can't remember right now). ...might be in the manual?

Check with Rich when the oil was last done before splashing out.

Yep. Just push the "lap" button (headlamp flasher on LH switch cluster) and the R button and hold both for 5 secs or so.

Rich told me it'd done about 2.5k since the last change, I've added about 850 to that, so its not far off and I'm a believer in doing things as soon as it says :smt001

Thanks Thumper, but I want to do it today as I've drained the oil out overnight.
